iSAQB Evolution and Improvement of Software Architectures (IMPROVE)
Economic and technical goals in focus.
No software system is perfect right from the start, and one of the tasks of a software architect is to continuously improve and optimise the architecture, including under difficult economic and technical conditions. The three-day “Evolution and Improvement of Software Architectures (IMPROVE)” training module provides a range of relevant methods, tools and skills for this purpose. Starting with an analysis of the current situation and evaluation of existing systems, via economic aspects and the important stakeholder communication, through to a bundle of different improvement approaches, IMPROVE guides the course participants through the entire spectrum of the evolution and improvement of software architectures.
Improving architectures systematically and methodically.
The participants learn how to systematically and methodically improve software systems and architectures based on economic and technical objectives. The IMPROVE training module addresses the separation of problems and solution approaches, the development of short, medium and long-term solution strategies, and the alignment of these strategies to economic goals and factors.
